Team Manila Supports Biyaheng Langit Art Book Project
Manila-based graphic design duo Electrolychee with Tahanan Books creates “Biyaheng Langit”,a book on Filipino religious jeepney art. The art book features full-color photographs of jeepney graphics and vinyl stickers as well as interviews with jeepney sticker artists, jeepney drivers, and professionals on religious iconography. Set to be published this August, a fund raising drive is being initiated to alleviate printing costs in an effort to make the book more accessible to the filipino public and to sustain the value of these jeepney masterpieces in every Filipino’s daily life and in Filipino art and history.
