Mark the D/Date

There are many ways to give, whether in cash or in kind. A characteristic Filipinos are known for, it is true to claim that we were built tough, creative, and most of all, constantly willing to give.

But when exactly should we give? Should it be after a loss? Should it be done on special occasions? Or should it be just another random act of kindness? There may be no specific time when it comes to giving but it is nice to be reminded every now and then.

That is why in collaboration with DM9 JaymeSyfu and Caritas Segunda Mana, TeamManila introduces D/Date, a line of shirts with an expiry date. The concept is simple: purchase a shirt, love it as your own, and donate it on the expiry date printed on. A fun way to serve charity, D/Date is a thoughtful act that will benefit not only you but also the ones in need.

Launched last April 8 at TeamManila’s Lifestyle Store in Rockwell, D/Date was hosted by Troy Montero and was attended by members of the brand as well as guests from DM9 JaymeSyfu and Caritas Segunda Mana. An evening of celebrating a good cause, D/Date made sure that everyone who purchased their D/Date shirts would never miss a donation ever again.
