Pencil’s Up! Group Study Rocks TUP

The weather worked just fine as TeamManila, Play4Serve, and Locked Down Entertainment brought another leg of Group Study at the Technological University of the Philippines last August 26.

A multimedia campus tour that aims to promote Filipino creativity through music, talks, and youth-related activities, Group Study has been rotating local schools and universities since June of this year.

The fourth leg, which was held at the TUP Open Grounds, saw bands Sandwich, Imago, Pedicab, Flying Ipis, Assembly Generals, and Cheats into a night of good music. Pedicab, who was dressed in Leeroy New alien headpieces, was one of the event’s highlight. A talk from the Francis M Clothing Company or FMCC also came through the night.

TeamManila took part in the event by setting up a live silkscreen session from Screen Machine. Exclusive TeamManila x Group Study shirts and various TeamManila merchandise were sold at the venue. TeamManila has been a long-time collaborator of Locked Down Entertainment and Group Study.
